Mobile Help provides mobile security services for less money than their competitor. I recently obtained pricing for a mobile security system for my aged mother. The prices what appeared to be equivalent equipment and services seemed to vary widely. I ordered the system from the under the one payment annual price. This gives you 13 months of service and a discount on the optional fall detection service. It was shipped and delivered promptly. I cannot comment on the setup and activation of the equipment and service, because live in a different state than my mother. My sister will setup the equipment

Mostly very positive with personnel manning the phones very supportive. Insufficient information about when to charge the battery. Soon after the unit is turned on it turns red meaning the battery should be recharged. There is no written information on how long the charge should last. (eg with a cell phone the charge remaining is shown).
