I don’t like it.

Contract does not match what sales person claimed. Your company called and hounded me every single day to buy your product. Now when I try to call I'm only put on hold over and over again and am not even allowed to leave a message. Last sales person could have been more patient. Am cancelling this product before even using it.

Mobile Help has taken advantage of my elderly aunt. She attempted to cancel her account and the equipment was returned. When I called to inquire about why they were attempting to charge her nearly $600 when she hasn't had the service for 11 months I was told the equipment had not been received, which was odd because I am the one that actually returned it via USPS. The next day when I called again because the requested call from a supervisor did not occur, I was told that the system showed some of the equipment had been returned in October of 2022. The agent stated she wanted to speak with her supervisor to see how she could get the issue taken care of. She came back on the phone after speaking with her supervisor and then changed her statement stating the equipment had not been received. This seems to be their way to taking advantage of the frail, elderly individuals in our community. This is so disappointing that with all this population faces, there are companies out there just waiting for an opportunity to take advantage of them. While it was no doubt easy to set up the system when she received it, on the backend of their operations, there are shady practices. I urge families and caregivers to beware of this and look at the many other device companies out there with good intentions.

Worst customer service. I am very disappointed as I was told by the salesman that the customer service would be great, and I would be speaking with employees who spoke understandable English. I couldn't understand the first person who had a thick accent. I need to return my dad's unopened unused equipment from a mobile duo pkg ordered two weeks ago and am being told it takes 24-48 hours to get a mailing label. I am also told the credit will not be given for 30 days or more. The price online is less than what I am being quoted by phone. I waited 21 minutes on my first call to get no help and on my third call I am now on hold for billing after 43 minutes with tech support. This is unacceptable.

Mobilehelp makes it very hard to cancel their services. Our family paid a full year in advance after being told that we would get 2 months free – 14 months of coverage for the price of 12 months. Don’t fall for this ploy! My mother-in-law passed away after 7 months of membership and now we only get credit for the remaining 5 months. Since she died we do not get the extra 2 months of credit. Pay monthly by check. Do not give these people your credit card number.  Our family has a brother that is in need of a fall device so I wanted to get a credit on my account and transfer the equipment to my brother. Can’t be done! They must receive the original equipment back and then my brother can order his own device. We had to box up the equipment, put the account number on the outside of the box, and wait for a shipping label. It took three phone calls and 36 hours to get the shipping label. (another 3 days of paying for the membership) And get this. . .the return address on the shipping label was my mother-in-laws address!    The next step was to wait to get a call from the Accounting Department so they could verify that we wanted to cancel service. Really? The box of equipment was sitting on the desk in the Accounting Department and they still needed to verify that we wanted to cancel service? I never received a call. I called them and confirmed they received the equipment. This delay cost us another 6 days of membership.   It took over 3 weeks, but we finally received my refund. $82.00! I received $82.00 for 5 months of unused service from this company. You wouldn’t believe the formula they use to calculate your refund. It should be illegal.  ABSOLUTE CROOKS
