When looking for Help services I read many reviews on the products and services, but what really caught my eye where the comments on the customer service. Once I called and spoke to Scott I found that all the reviews were quite true he was very helpful very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly outgoing person I really appreciated his time his kindness you can tell that he cares and he does his job well he definitely has the right job so I am as of right now I haven't received the product yet but I'm sure it will be everything that they stated it was I'm very confident just with the level of customer service and care.

My rep Rick was very professional and courteous. There was no pressure to buy and he called me back immediately. He explained all the plan options and gave me good advice as to which product was best for my mother

Spoke to Samantha. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She was patient even when I asked for information to be repeated. She didn't rush through our conversation and sent back up emails with the information I requested. She's an asset to your company indeed!
