Hi Kathy. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us and also thank you for trusting us with your in laws ands fathers safety. This is not an experience we like any of our customers to have. During the consultation with your sales consultant, they may have found that you could benefit from our systems protection plan. It is a service most of our customers subscribe to due to the benefits it provides like device replacement and discounts on other services. That would explain the $72 difference with the pricing provided over the phone. If that was not something you were interested in we are very sorry for the misunderstanding.
