The people with whom I have interacted have all been very kind and helpful (except for one). The system is easy to set up and seems to work well. I'm disappointed with the inability to have two people on one account: surely I am not the only person purchasing plans for two people at once. As the manager of the accounts, I'd like to be able to log on once and access each person's information.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED MOBILE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PERSON ON THE PHONE.I FELT SHE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITANTING, SHE WAS PATIENT AND PLEASANT.

My salesman was very professional and helpful and i feel very safe and protected when im wearing my pendant. However I was not given the knowledge of any choice for times when I don't want to wear the pendant; for example, when I'm wearing a necklace. I didn't know to ask that question when buying it.

I had to call and get a cheaper plan and that one only works in side of my apartment am going to shop around for a different company that works inside and out and has a plan that I can afford
