The item is being shipped to the wrong…
The item is being shipped to the wrong address after we mentioned the billing and shipping were 2 different addresses. The agent even took both addresses down.

Fall alert went off multiple times a…
Fall alert went off multiple times a night. Every time I turned over in bed. It would wake me up and I would have to talk to company and let them know each time that I hadn’t fallen. No way to change sensitivity. Unit was way too large to have hanging around my neck. Not a fit for me,

I felt mislead by this company
I felt mislead by this company. No contracts, just an agreement that releases them from all liabilities. Once, we decided not to sign, I got the run around and probably spoke to 5-6 individuals and still have not heard when we will receive a refund!

Very disappointed!
I ordered and paid for a medical alert necklace on Nov. 10,2023. I made payment with my credit card. I was told I would be hearing from UPS or FedX to be able to track it and it should arrive the next Tuesday or Wednesday. So far no alert and no one has called an explanation.

My experience with Mobile Help was abysmal.
My experience with Mobile Help was abysmal. I have never had such a bad experience. Would never recommend Mobile Help to anyone. Check with customer service, I'm sure they will remember me.They lost my entire online order and still sent me a confirmation number. I spent, days and many hours being bounced from tech support, to sales, to customer service. The did not call back when they said they would with a resolution. When I called back again to find out what ws going on they finally cancelled my transaction.
