I understood that I would receive…
I understood that I would receive paperwork to be filled in by me listing persons and or places to be notified should help from them be needed. ie ambulance, hospital (doctor), family members etc. So far I haven't found anything. Was I wrong in that assumption. I also didn't find information about using the wrist button.

I have not received my alert equipment…
I have not received my alert equipment yet. I paid at the time I ordered it and asked to receive it right away - where is is?

Called expecting delivery of unit…
Called expecting delivery of unit within three days. Told I would receive unit but was a week later and I alive alone.

I tried to call customer service or…
I tried to call customer service or someone who can help me wayk trough the specifications of operating this life line. This is new to me and at this time of the year it is difficult for me to read the owners or operational manual. I need for someone to call me and help to to learn how this operates.
