helpful in info
very helpful in info given about system. but very disappointed in trying to contact you about set-up. called several times to talk to someone or have them call back like your system said = never received call bac k so makes me wonder if I fall how soon your system is going to responded. Pam Laforte

Didn’t work
Didn’t work I’m sadden to learn that I cannot use your device here in the Western Maine mountains as the signal is not strong enough to transmit a call. The pendant is also a bit heavy and lanyard thick— not very ‘stylish’

Scott was very helpful in getting the specifics in place via email. All information was provided. I did find one concern with Mobile Help. I got repeated calls about my initial contact for information from multiple salespersons which was annoying and unnecessary.
