Despite having a custom profile
Despite having a custom profile. EMS was called. Messages to cancel accidental call are confusing to a 98 year old. I was told that pressing the button would call the preferred phone number (which is her caregiver).

Your equipment failed
Your equipment failed! My mom religiously wore her necklace and when she fell it did not go off. I was told my mother had not been wearing it. She wore it from the time she woke up till she got in bed at night. Unfortunately my mom laid on the floor for 7-8 hrs before being found. I would never recommend this company. When I called to see why it didn’t alert the emergency personnel and was told she had not been tracked with movement since either Oct 23 or Nov 12 ( given 2 different dates) they assumed she quit wearing it. Instead of contacting me they just let it go. The necklace failed! I wish they would’ve been more honest and admitted it rather than calling me a liar. Please for the sake of your loved one do not rely on the necklace. I’d give anything to protect your loved one from suffering like my mom did

Paid for second day shipping per…
Paid for second day shipping per Matthew’s, Safety Consultant, advice. Was told it would arrive by Monday. It didn’t even ship from Boca Raton until Monday. $20 bucks extra for nothing. My mother is a fall-risk and they refused to ship a unit overnight due to their screw-up. Call back time from a supervisor? 24 to 72 hours. Also, HEAVY sales calls even after I told them I would call them to purchase once my mother was home from the hospital. I had to call MULTIPLE times to get taken off the call list. I mean, I was getting two or three calls a day, voicemails, and emails after I told them I was extremely tied up with my mom. I couldn’t ignore the 5 star BBB rating; after my experience, I have to wonder if all of these positive reviews of the company are even legit.
