I received the information I sought in a timely manner. I also got estimates of cost. Unfortunately, one of them indicated the duo was about $100 annually less. Hence only 4 stars. I don't like surprises when I am comparison shopping.

Patrick, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and had good advice/ pointers that helped make a decision about which unit would be best. However, the first customer service person I spoke with was very difficult to understand because she spoke like she just woke up. Made me skeptical to reach out the 2nd time. 2nd & 3rd time, 2 different persons, they spoke clearly and address my questions throughly.

I’d like to request.besides if the alert button was to be activated. Besides sending my wife and I an email alert. Can you also send us a text at my number 540-238-4110 and here 540-243-0530??

Attitude of Matthew and his knowledge of the product

Michael was very patient and engaging. My mind and my hand don’t cooperate as easily as they used to and by going over the same information repeatedly, he managed to help me not feel like a complete incompetent. I look forward to getting started with my new device. I know that when I receive the device, I will also get all the details in writing.
