Upon learning of the defect, we immediately raised the issue with the manufacturer. To clarify: we did provide you with a fully prepaid return shipping label via email, so your claim that we asked you to pay for shipping and insurance is not accurate. You chose to return the part, and we fully accepted this due to the defect, offering a complete refund. We value our repeat customers and strive to handle all concerns fairly and professionally.
