Despite this, FedEx has reported three attempted deliveries, incorrectly stating that the business address was closed and that no one was available to receive the shipment. We know this is not the case, as you have been waiting at the marina office specifically for this delivery. We deeply regret the carrier’s negligence and the delay it has caused. Please rest assured that we are actively working with FedEx to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Our representative also spoke with you multiple times to confirm the correct part, as this was a pre-order item, and explained the return and restocking policy. At that time, you mentioned money was not an issue as you proceed with the order. Please note that MMarine only sells brand-new, official parts sourced directly from the manufacturer. If there are any concerns about the product’s quality, they should be directed to the manufacturer. As stated in our terms and conditions, a 25% restocking fee applies to returns.
