Parts showing available but on back order
*Edit/Addition* The company has been solid with response and communication. There is no fault with this. The reason for below average rating at this time is due to incorrect listing as ‘Available Now’. There were multiple other ‘go to’ online resources showcasing the specific item on back order and with competitive pricing…however, upon finding this company showcasing ‘immediate availability’, the decision was made to initiate an order for the first time with this particular company. Later, finding it was the same situation of back order. ~~~~~~~~~~ end edit This review is simply a result of current situation…ordered product over a month ago due to finding the desired product as clearly listed ‘AVAILABLE’ per the website. Ordered (2) to have a spare and added shipping expecting to receive in 3-5 days per info received during processing. Then received notice the parts are not available as listed and on back order. Almost a month to the day and still yet to receive the parts.

Please take note of our email correspondence and calculate 8 weeks from the time of your your email confirmation on 2/21/22. As promised, we will continue to keep you updated regarding the progress of your order. We appreciate your patience and look forward to satisfying your order in the 8 weeks time frame as initially provided.
