Our order confirmation emails are instantly generated by our system upon a successfully placed order- often times with new or unrecognized email addresses, these emails have the potential to end up in junk mail. Although we don't have any control over the shipping carrier and the route in which your package travels, we have since followed up with the carrier to confirm the delivery details to be accurate.
