WORST SERVICE BUY ELSEWHERE. This company screwed my girlfriend and I over on a fridge that we bought for our van. I want to inform you that this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will make sure to never purchase from you again and leave as many review as possible to inform others to do so. The fact that you can deliver a broken fridge that I spent $2500 on and then blame me for not having enough pictures is utterly ridiculous. I sent pictures of the damage and have pictures showing the damaged box but those "aren't good enough". You have no understanding of the people who buy your products (living on the road or on the sea) when you can't understand that I don't live at home so am not able to send it back at the immediate date you said. Also only offering 75% refund and having me pay for shipping is already not okay. I tried to work with you guys and be understanding but it seems that screwing your customers over with the cost of broken shipments is your only goal here. I hope at some point you can learn to be more understanding of people's circumstances when they are living on the road and take responsibility for shipments that arrive damaged. But now I get to try and bend this heat sync back because I'm down $2500 on a broken fridge and am already crazy tight on money. But you guys don't seem to care about that at all. Thanks for screwing me over, hope that extra 2 grand is able to help you as much as it would have helped me right now.

Braden, Although we appreciate you writing this review in support of your girlfriend, your opinions expressed are not based upon the facts of the order. We understand that both you and Breanne are frustrated and we are too- we tried countless times over the span of several months to provide Breanne with support to satisfy her inquiry but unfortunately due to her extended delay in response and lack of attentiveness to provide the necessary documents required by the insurance company, her claim of damage was ultimately denied. Perhaps, it was the photos provided by Breanne of you both using power tools and stacking wood onto of the refrigeration unit as if it were a workbench that played a part in the immediate denial by the insurance company. Needless to say, a refrigeration unit is not built for this type of use nor is it capable of holding weight as shown in your images. In addition, as per Breanne’s order of confirmation receipt, her total charges were only $1570.16 not $2500. As expressed to Breanne, we are more than happy to provide her with another copy of her transaction receipt to demonstrate our transparent pricing. Lastly, she was never charged for shipping- this is not apart of our business model and never has been, our entire catalogue of products is offered with free shipping as a courtesy to our customers. We have been more than willing to assist Breanne and continued to provide her with several options in support of her query far beyond our policy limitations. It’s unfortunate that her extended delay and inability to provide the required documentation were the key factors that sabotaged her experience with us.
