Wow MLS Store, you clearly have a customer problem by reading these reviews posted. I was curious if other customer's were as dissatisfied with your company as I was, and CLEARLY the answer is yes, you suck and should not be in business. I waited over a month for 2 t-shirts that I purchased from MLSstore.com and they never arrived. I had to open a PayPal investigation/dispute to get my money back. What a bunch of losers. WARNING to all MLS fans out there, DO NOT ORDER from this site, they will take your money and you will not get the product you ordered. What a disappointment!!

I ordered a custom Austin FC jersey on May 21, 2021. Obviously excited to rep it for the first home games for their first season ever. It was supposed to arrive June 28th. It is now July 13th with no jersey or communication. The last update on the tracking order shows it was in my town on June 9th...but no updates after that. It is frustrating that their is NO email for customer service. It's 2021 and this is the Major League website...not rec league...yet they have no customer service email. That is insane to me. Also the chat is a joke, no one is ever on it. The fact they give you an address to mail a letter is even more insulting! I called their number with the annoying robot and finally connected with customer service. She was pleasant and nice to know she was not some 3rd party overseas. She noticed my jersey was lost so stated they can send another. She stated it would be 4 weeks until I received it. I asked if I could just get a refund. When she got back on the line she stated it would actually arrive next week. So, fingers crossed this one does not get lost! Or I will have to change this 3 stars to 1 star...

Not particularly helpful service. I placed a pre-order for a kit that was due to ship in October and asked if I could change the name on the jersey. Without providing any details or further help, they simply said "sorry, we can't do that". While engaged with their support rep, I looked up what it would cost me to place a new order and when the new order would ship, and it was the exact same cost and delivery date. So they can't change the order, but they can force me to cancel it and place a new one? Super tedious to be doing this to people in 2021.

I placed an order for a jersey that was in stock and in my size when I ordered. About two weeks later I got an email that what I had ordered was no longer available, and got a refund. I am extremely upset with this because the ordered item was limited edition, and now I will never be able to buy it again. I could have bought said item in stadium, but I chose to wait and order from here. This was an extreme mistake, as now I can no longer purchase this item. Shame on this site. It really screwed me

Please save yourself the aggravation and don't order from here. As others have, I ordered a jersey, I got an email from MLS that it was delivered. It wasn't. I contacted FedEx and they say with FedEx SmartShop, only the originating store can file a complaint. Meanwhile back at MLS Store, there's no way to contact anyone, emails are returned with a default "no one monitors this account," and there's never a "Fan Advocate" on duty through the (tee-hee) Customer Service Page to deal with issue. Abysmal customer service.

Terrible experience, ordered a Jersey in December 2020, still no sign of it, no way to contact customer service, all emails unanswered! Do not ever order from here !

MLS are crooks and basically con artists. They are a disgrace. I ordered item in November and they still haven’t arrived I can’t get hold of anyone and I’m going mad what others have written regarding bad reviews is spot on they are a disgrace and a bunch of criminals. The way I feel about them is nothing. DO NOT EVER EVER order from them they are a disgrace

Horrible customer service stupid machine answering questions My missing product and there’s no one to talk , The delivery company they using LS which I never hear said they never received the product MLS store blame LS and LS blame MLS STORE WHAT A JOKE NEVER AGAIN WILL DO BUSINESS WITH MLS STORE
