They are some scammers told customer service that I used a promo code and got charged full price. Now all of a sudden there is an error in my order and they already charged my account. Bunch of scammers don't buy from this company.

Terrible customer service. Never received my order and they couldn’t help me because they said UPS claimed it was delivered, when the delivery picture was just the box in the truck. Will never purchase from this broke company again.

To be honest was a little afraid from the reviews but saw a really nice padres hat so took a gamble. It was worth it because it got shipped within 24 hours and got it about 5 days after ordering.

I appreciate everyone's review. Sad there is no reply to your complaints. Which tells me they are straight thieves. as so close to ordering, not anymore and will spread the word.

Horrible customer service! I bought a $300 jersey. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. They said it’s delivered but I never got the package! Get in touch with them & they said it’s nothing they can do about it. Shop for their jerseys at nba/nfl ect. stores. Never Mitchell and mess as a company sucks. They’re trash. I just like vintage jerseys. They treat there customers like we’re not the ones making them rich! Now I’m just short of $300 with no jersey & they don’t want to send me a refund or the jersey that I never got.
