Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co.Reviews of mitchellandness.com

I ordered a team shirt from the US site. They charged me $25 for shipping. They shipped it to me in Canada but did not tell me that I still had to pay duties at the border that amounted to over $100 (almost as much as the cost of the merchandise) Admittedly, these are tariffs, taxes, etc., and it does not go the seller BUT, they should tell customers to expect more charges. I write this to notify Canadian clients to abstain from shopping crossborder to avoid paying crazy amounts.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered something to be sent as a gift, but the shipping address kept defaulting to my home address. I didn’t know until I got the confirmation. Despite immediately canceling and trying to reorder twice more the same thing kept happening. We will see where it ends up. They have no customer service by phone and I’m sure it will take them forever to respond. Terrible company. Avoid!

I ordered a 49ers Jersey for my husband. I received an estimated shipping date, on the day my package was supposedly shipped, I emailed them right away stating there was no package delivered! I never received my package! I emailed twice asking for proof of shipment after 2 weeks had passed and no response. They have horrible customer service! I will never again order anything from them! EVER.

Awful experience. I ordered a hoodie on September 9th. A label was created through UPS on September 14. It is now September 26 and UPS still has not received the package from Mitchell & Ness. Customer service is only through an email on their website. They will not answer phones or chat with you. It took five days to get a reply, saying that my ordered shipped. Complete lie. I’m filing a dispute through my credit card company. They should stop taking online orders if they cannot provide any customer service.

Ordered two hoodies on Sept 9th. First hoodie was delivered after the estimated delivery window. 2nd hoodie still says processing and it is now Sept 24th. Got one generic response that took them about 6 days to reply and it didn't explain why my one order has not been sent yet. Bad customer service.

Like everyone else is saying, there is ZERO customer service. They somehow entered the wrong address into the shipping address after I had already put in the correct address and there's no way to contact them to change it. Their response time was 8-10 days for customer service and the product shipped next day, so what's the point? I'm going to return my order just because this is such a terrible company

Company sucks, no customer service at all, says use the chatbox at the bottom of screen, is there one there, not at all. Customer service number has a recording that says they have no customer service, avoid at all cost.

PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I contacted them to start a return a MONTH ago and still haven't heard back or gotten an RMA#!
