MistymenReviews of mistymen.com

The product looks nice in the pictures, but the quality and customer service is trash. I was delivered a damaged jacket, and the customer service has done nothing but delay on resolving my ticket. Do not purchase from MistyMen.

Products and customer service are very poor quality. Mistymen assumes no ownership of problems .Dont shop here !!!

Pros: I had a great experience, Ordered around Black Friday and it came about 1-2 weeks after (Canada). Surprised it made it on time being shipped from China due to the winter holidays. Size fits perfectly and is worth the price. Easy to track Cons: Every time I wanted to track my package, “abnormal behaviour has been detected, type this code to proceed” sort of of thing not a big deal, just sketchy Everyone else on the internet not leaving many positive reviews Only way through contact was though email which apparently is Ai according to other reviews, no phone #, address, etc (not a big deal, the tracking is all what you kinda need) Summarize, I would highly recommend buying products here, just be cautious. I plan on buying more in the future so cheers!

Ordered two jackets in size small. They arrived, one was a small and too big the other arrived in a medium (so wrong size) but fit correctly. Which means their sizing chart is way off. I requested a shipping label (as it states for us to do when we wish to return) I get told to return it at my cost.. wait a minute! You're sizing chart is innacurrate and I have to pay? Never again.

Took about 20 days but finally arrived. I couldn't be happier the leather jacket is exactly how it's advertised. It fits perfect and is very comfortable. I was skeptical at first when purchasing because of the few and poor reviews, but now that I've received my leather jacket I am happy that I followed through on the purchase. I would 100 percent recommend this company. I will likely be purchasing another jacket from them in the near future. 10/10

This website is a fraud - they are shipping the items from China so take over 2 weeks to arrive, with no meaningful tracking system. The item I ordered arrived late and was incredibly undersized for a XL, more like a children’s L. They also imply on the website that returns are free (“we will send you a shipping label”); but in fact, you are responsible for paying for shipping your item BACK TO CHINA. Only after receipt, which based on their location could be a risk that the item will even make it back, will they consider refunding you.

I had the very same experience as another customer, I ordered a jacket then went to apply a " discount" code and I automatically added a second jacket. I IMMEDIATELY reached out via email, no phone number, and I was told the order was already in process and couldn't be cancelled. I will dispute this with my cc company.

I ordered one jacket, then when trying to confirm they automatically added a second to my order without any review or confirmation! Now they're refusing to stop the order even though I reached out MINUTES after.
