A really sketchy site, bought two coat from them, no way to track my order through their website, the only way to track order is on the app Shop, which says my order status is order placed and it's been a week now.

Some jackets fit okay but customer service is horrendous. On my second order with MistyMen I got sent the wrong sized jacket, that also looked very little, like the one in the picture. I contacted customer service. They acknowledged they were using a new warehouse and that it was in error. Their solution? I can either pay for a new jacket at 50% off OR I can either pay to ship it back to china. So either solution has me more out of pocket on an error I did not make. Worst customer service. Don’t believe their return policy.

Ordered 2 jackets. One was too small. The tag said large but obviously wasn't. Cuff came to just below my elbow. Contacted customer service. They wanted video proof. Asked me to send back and give them tracking number. No. As this would cost double what the jacket cost And they are only refunding the cost of the jacket. Sent by regular mail. Parcel came back unclaimed. I don't think they exist anymore. Sent jacket back October 23 2023. Jacket came back 30 days ago.

I purchased two jackets now. They are well made. Although they're not leather. They are made of polyurethane. It tells you on the label inside the jacket. So very expensive raincoats.

100% SCAM.... Jackets look cheap and nasty and they are made from China

Never received our order. I contacted the company and they (at first) communicated with me and apologized for the order being late. I was told to give it anywhere from 6 to 25 days from purchase. Nothing ever arrived. My last 3 attempts of communication were ignored. No way to request a refund. I agree with the others…..complete scam.

Sent me a defective coat, made me take pictures of it and pay to have it shipped to them so that they could decide whether or not it warranted replacing. Did not reimburse shipping. Replacement sent out, 2 sizes too small and multiple defects. Offered me a 20% discount after I spent 300$, and would have had to pay again (without being reimbursed) to send the defective coat back! Ridiculous.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with - they PRETEND to be accomodating and never return your money. These were the issues: 1. Item didn't arrive in a month. I askedif it shipped, they were nice but liedand said yes, 2 more weeks until shipping. 2. Wrong Jacket, Size too Small and Wrong Color showed up 3. Website said guaranteed and would pay return shipping - they would not, even after requesting and I sent pictures of the wrong jacket. 4. After I asked for a return label- they did not actually say "no" but instead again asked me to pay shipping and that it had to be to them within 2 days (to Fla from CT). Impossible. So essentially no money back.
