DON’T BUY! after 1 month i still don’t received my jacket, and they told me that jacket is available in a different colour. I asked to be refunded but no one reply

SCAM! Do not order from this company. CHINA! Quality is crap and not sized properly. ordered 3 jackets and only got one. Trying to get refunded from this company and they kept saying they were looking into it but never did and now their website is GONE. Of course!

The jacket is paper thin I’m also writing this on the better business bureau and trust pilot for my father shipping took a month TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. You have to pay for the label and the return Package BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought the Colossal Legend jacket. It showed up 2 -3 weeks later and was massive on me. I bought the M size but I took measurements and they were consistent with the XL, despite the "M" on the tag. No big deal, manufacturing defects happen. I reach out to customer service, send them the pictures of the incorrect measurements, and ask them to send me a shipping label so they can send me the correct size. After 2 weeks of being told "we're waiting on a response from management", "I've escalated your ticket", " I've forwarded your ticket to the appropriate department", I have lost all good faith that they would handle this appropriately. They sent me product that was defective and then sandbagged for weeks - the issue is still not resolved. This is an incredibly unacceptable practice and I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service and archaic policies. Returns are completely on the customer dime. No flat rate even like Columbia which is still upsetting. Pretty sure their sizes are way off too. Large is like an XXL. I'm swimming in an L. They won't refund me unless I pay a minimum of $14 in shipping back. I was even willing to exchange...nope. It's been 16 days now of going back and forth with Natalie only to get the run around over and over. It's actually the definition of insanity so here I am telling people to not shop here. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a leather jacket that looks nothing like whats advertised. This is a China based company even though the website shows they are US based. Buyer beware!

Total scam- do not trust this site! They stole our money, didnt deliver on time and refused to provide credit reimbursement. Steer Clear of them.
