This company advertises PU leather jackets. The jackets are not leather. They are vinyl jackets. I returned 2 jackets. They were cheap looking and did not fit my boys. I will say their customer service is good and they did respond quickly to my return/ refund request. Of course my refund hadn’t been processed yet.

A really sketchy site, bought two coat from them, no way to track my order through their website, the only way to track order is on the app Shop, which says my order status is order placed and it's been a week now.

Ordered 2 jackets. One was too small. The tag said large but obviously wasn't. Cuff came to just below my elbow. Contacted customer service. They wanted video proof. Asked me to send back and give them tracking number. No. As this would cost double what the jacket cost And they are only refunding the cost of the jacket. Sent by regular mail. Parcel came back unclaimed. I don't think they exist anymore. Sent jacket back October 23 2023. Jacket came back 30 days ago.

I bought two jackets from this website. The page looked good, and their clothes look nice and at a good price. When I bought the jackets, they told me via email that I would receive the tracking number of the shipment in a few days. Many days passed and when I wrote to them to follow up, they told me that the shipment would take a while, but they told me not to worry. I never received the shipping guide, and suddenly I received the jackets. At that moment everything seemed in order. However, one of the jackets was bigger than the other, and they have their exchange policy without any problem. I proceeded to write to them and request the change... no refund, I just wanted them to change one of the jackets. They asked me to send proof of photos or videos to verify that one of the jackets was indeed bigger. I recorded two short videos with both jackets so they could see the noticeable difference that one of them was bigger. I gave them everything they asked me for. They told me that the relevant department was already reviewing my videos and photos. I was patient and wrote them again for instructions on how to send the jacket so that they would send me the correct one. Once again, they replied that they were still reviewing my case and asked for my patience. I agreed and waited more days. I wrote to them again, and they answered something that didn't make sense...they wrote me the following: Would you please contact the customer to measure the clothes in detail? Maybe they are from different batches. Best regards, ModaCRise I was asking them what were they talking about. I didn't understand what they were asking me for. I gave him more days. I was already upset I asked them what was the whole problem to change the jacket. I was very confused and frustrated that they did not attend to my request to change my jacket. And they never answered me again. I ordered the jackets at the beginning of March 2023 and received them on March 27, 2023. I wrote on March 30, and so far, which is April 19, 2023, I have not received any attention. My observations: • The page does not have an address. • There is no phone to call. • I always felt that the answers were generated by a machine, and there was no human behind the answers... I can't confirm it, but the last answer that didn't make sense was what made me think this. • I never received concrete answers to my requests. • In addition to the email that I had exchanged all the conversations, there is another email that I wrote to be attended to, but it came back to me that that email did not exist. Conclusion: They did not scam me, in the end, I did receive the jackets, but the whole process was mysterious, and they announce in their policies that they will refund your money or exchange your product without any problem anywhere in the world. I am in Canada, and I don't know where this company is. My experience leads me to suggest avoiding buying from this company, it is not clear who you are talking to. I hope it helps... regards.
