I just got the mask in today so haven't had the chance to use it yet however just trying it on it fits and wears very well the intake and outtake valves are very easy to move around for configuration for use with firearms and it all appears to be very high quality the only reason that this is a four star instead of a five star is because the the exhalation cap is 3D printed which I'm not a big fan of not to say that it couldn't stand up to daily use but it's not something that I really trust on top of that it was extremely difficult to get it to clip on to the outtake vents on the mask.

Your company is great. UPS sucks at delivery. The driver just left the previous order on some stairs. The package is gone and I’m out of some money. UPS would not even offer to return lace the package. At least Fed Ex and DHL makes the effort to do their job. I got the this recent order .

Let me tell you. I've dealt with several businesses that deal with PPE and safety gear and by far BY FAR Mira Safety has set the bar for customer service, shipping, pricing, and overall. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Level 4 body armor plates were above and beyond what I expected.

Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.
