I ordered level 4 plates when I…
I ordered level 4 plates when I recieved them they were already a yr and 5 months old I tried to contact customer service and no one has even call me back amd that was 3 weeks ago

Does not allow any returns
Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.
