I have been working with Mindset for several years and they have been clear and communicative. I also feel they have been transparent about my case and their experiences with similar ones. They can't predict the future, but they don't push for things that are unlikely or will cause you undue stress. I recently had to reapply and they did it for me with just a quick phone call to verify and update the info. Everyone has been personable and compassionate, but without a tinge of pity or condescension.

Bria at Mindset was incredibly helpful and made the process very easy for me to understand. If I tried to do this on my own, it would've taken me ten times as much sifting and searching to get half as far. I am extremely happy to have Mindset's help and recommend anyone who needs help with SSDI and/or SSI to contact Mindset right away. Thank you again Bria and Mindset!
