I applied for benefits January of this year and had YET to see any movement in my case. I was told about Mindset and the young lady who contacted me after j explained what was leading me to apply she was ON TOP of it. I signed a few papers to have a rep. And honestly I hope to god my case gets dealt with appropriately because I’ve been waiting for months to get an approval letter. 😭 thank you mindset and I hope that this is going to be a easy and smooth journey!

I’m working with some amazing people who is helping me with my appeal process. I have a hard time understanding things so when the process started I freaked out. Then was recommended to mindset and everyone I spoke with from intake to now had made things easier. Still going through the process of the appeal but at least I’m not in it alone.

My ability to comprehend what's going on changes day by day moment by moment and even when I was at my most dense they were still willing to explain and re-explain things and showed zero judgment towards me. They were always in my favor and supportive. Alex was a wonderful attorney that made the process feel safe and easy even though I was very apprehensive. My case manager Pedro was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and direct me where I needed to go and continued to try to reach me until he succeeded when I wasn't able to get the phone. Overall with this support the process felt manageable and I could not have been more pleased with the support I received!

Taylor was the worst case manager that I have had the displeasure of working with. If you go through Mindset and have her assigned to your case I would highly recommend requesting a new case manager. She was rude, dismissive, and not helpful towards meeting my needs.
