A good friend recommended Mindset to us, knowing my husband is unable to work due to his disability, and encouraged me to give it a try. I was both surprised and impressed by how quickly they reached out to get the process started. Lexi was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to talk with my husband and gather all the necessary information. After their conversation, he felt a huge sense of relief—he’d wanted to explore disability benefits for a long time but had been completely overwhelmed by where to begin. Thanks to Mindset, we finally feel like we're on the right track, and we’re optimistic about the next steps.

Mindset is great and helped me I got my results & payments less than 7 months

I'm currently with them as much as I wish I wasn't. I have stage 4 breast cancer that has spread and I qualify for compassionate allowance through social security. I personally have taken my paperwork to the ssa local office because I cannot get anyone to return my calls. In the mean time my insurance went up and cannot afford to continue my chemotherapy.

So now my son has to withdraw and start all over. These companies take advantage of those who are not mentally able to know what they are doing. Not a good company. They will give you the run around. Be careful.

Mindset helped me better understand and explained everything to me that I had questions about!! They’re kind and always willing to call you back if needed.

I started with the awhile back. They have communicated less often then promised. There is no 24/7. No mail. Emails etc...just phone calls and texts. I've filed everything on my own. I removed from my case but called when I was denied and wanted to file an appeal. I am not confident with this firm.

I GIVE THIS FIRM ABOVE AVERAGE THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD PLUS MORE ! THEY GOT MY BABY APPROVED!!
