Even though I am not able to use Mindset’s services at this time- due to me needing to hit some certain criteria. I truly appreciated the transparency and guidance that was provided to me to help me formulate a plan on my own. Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was validated with my health issues and that there are a lot of hurdles to jump over to get the help you need. She made me feel not alone and that there are people in the community that truly do want to advocate for others. They know the system isn’t perfect and try to help you work with what you can. I would recommend Mindset and encourage others to seek their expertise.

Honestly I will say I had no hopes in myself and Lexi omg girl you are amazing and honestly I’m the luckiest woman alive to have you help me thank you so much girly keep up the hard work and hopefully they give you bonus because you deserve it. ❤️

Ted Glass my badass attorney went above and beyond for me I'm so lucky I choose mindset to help me with my benefits it so confusing but they will put your mind at ease because they will take care of you. So to mindset thank you and to my attorney Ted Glass your the man!!!

I wasn't even aware that I was being represented by these people I never got one phone call letter text message smoke signal, no communication whatsoever. I lost my case with them "representing" me and appealed on my own. The first time I got a text from them was them congratulating me on getting ssd

I had a horrible time with Mindset. I escalated my case to Megan who was extremely incompetent. She couldn’t even formulate a sentence to explain why my disability benefits were being denied. She’s rude and a mean person.
