A precious experience that has left a lasting impression. My leader was wonderful at creating a safe space for everyone that attended, which I appreciated tremendously. I was worried that as a newbie I would feel lost and behind, but this was not the case at all. It has now been over a week since the experience and I can see it has had many lasting benefits. It was a powerful and transformative experience for me and I will be sure to do it again another time.

This course is everything I had hoped it would be. To get me started on the path to knowing how to bring mindfulness and meditation into my life. i feel like I have the resources and now the rest is up to me to make time for this. Linnie was a wonderful facilitator. Highly recommend the course.

Great Instructor! Piero Falci is very knowledgeable about mindfulness and created a warm, nurturing and open forum for students to learn and practice. From the start, you could tell how passionate he was about helping students and always promptly responded to emails/messages. Thank you Piero! Also, MindfulLeader.org, ensured students were aware of class dates/time, had access to materials and responded to our questions. This is a great organization.

There is very little I can say when it comes to improvement. I am a student in one of the past classes, and I will always want to be in attendance if Gus is leading a silent retreat. He is so knowledgeable about the topic that it seems to be second nature.

My 5-day silent remote retreat with Piero and Knellee was excellent for many reasons. The structure of the retreat was conducive to creating a safe, peaceful, supported place to journey inward, while staying connected to the other participants and teachers. The lecture topics further reinforced the lessons to be learned, and I valued the different perspectives of the teachers. The opportunity to ask questions and hear other's experiences throughout the retreat was beneficial. I felt we maximized the benefits of being remote and minimized the limitations. I've gained a new appreciation for the various opportunities to practice, my purpose and the mindful living guideposts. What a ride! Thank you.

I just finished Mindful Leader’s online 5 day silent retreat led by Piero and Knellee and it was incredible. It was a challenging but absolutely rewarding personal journey into a fully immersed mindfulness experience led by two compassionate and passionate teachers. I learned so much from Piero and Knellee and from myself during this unique experience. I highly recommend the course and the teachers for anyone looking to make mindfulness a part of their lives. Well structured very compassionate hosts providing great guidance and using memorable examples , poetry, or metaphors to make their point. There was ample time for participant- guide feedback but no distrackting cross talk. The zoom platform works though bandwidth was an occasional issue. I wonder if google or Microsoft platforms might be more stable? All participants seemed to get more than they had expected and were pleased. And our hosts seem to be genuinely lovely well versed people. Bill Shea MD
