Sent in my gridiron jacket for repairs in early February and today mar23 still waiting to get my jacket back for zipper repairs have not heard any reply for 4 weeks

I have a Milwaukee M18 CBLPP2A-402C BL Twin Pack, bought in December 2018 - supposedly having a 3-year warranty. One of the cordless hand-tools (M18-CBLPD) has a masonry drill bit stuck tight in the chuck. According to our local Screwfix, this is a common fault with this type of chuck (which has since been updated). Milwaukee UK have advised that the chuck only had a 3-month warranty - I must have missed that in the small print. One of the batteries has also died. I will not be buying Milwaukee again.

Bought a milwauke m18 gun for £450 After a month batteries stopped charging. Milwauke refused to replace.. so had to buy 2 more.. after 4 months the gun itself stopped working.. sent it to milwauke .. sent it back saying warranty does not cover it.. opened the box .. my gun is in several pieces.. they didn't even put it back together.. decided to throw it in the bin and gone back to SNAP ON.. SNAP ON ALL THE WAY DO NOT BUY MILWAUKE GUNS ARE GOOD WHEN THEY ARE WORKING... BUT ONLY LAST FEW MONTHS AND MILWAUKE WARRANTY IS USLESS.

14 business days and still no repair on a drill that was used less than 10 minutes. Took full day for customer service to return a call. Was blocked on Twitter because they didn't like me complaining about their slow response and lack of concern. Still no resolution.

J'ai mis une étoile , non pas pour la qualités des machines mais bien pour leur SAV , je possédais une machine M18 BDD depuis 2 ans et un peu plus quand j'ai effectuer quelques trous avec une scie cloche tout ce qui y de plus banal et le moteur a apparemment brulé , arrivé en garantie ils ont constaté que l'induit etait brulé (termes du SAV) alors 3 choix se proposait a moi , laisser partir ma machine en réparation , prendre un bon d'achat pour reprendre la meme machine , ou définitivement pour la poubelle . je retourne au magasin 2 semaine plus tard ou on m'apprend tout ça et Alors on me dis, chose que je ne savait pas : que si je veux récuperer ma machine ce sera 35 euros , je tombe de haut , je contact milwaukee qui se range derriere le réparateur, je lui explique tout de meme que je possede bcq de machine de la meme marque et que si il ne fait rien je n'acheterais plus JAMAIS du milwaukee et que j'irais chez Bosch Bleu , et jusque mtn plus de réponses SAV milwaukee c'est de la daube

Absolute cheaply made crap Chinese junk! Never buy again.

High price for cheap crap tools . Better buy Dewalt for less price
