Impact and driver set
Impact and driver set. 2 4Ah batteries They last about 30 minutes trigger time at most. Charging is slow. Very disappointed, back to Dewalt or Mikita . Expensive lessons DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE.

After reading all these reviews I'm quite shocked I bought all my milwaukee tools from home depot right after the fuel models came out about 9 or 10 yrs ago, dropped the impact driver off a cpl roofs onto concrete and forgot out in the rain for a 1 1/2 days within 3yrs, the 4th yr it quit working and I took it to home depot just to see figured it would be on me for the physical abuse but they sent it off and had it back within a week repaired at no cost and still works great, never had any issues with my Sawzall, hammer drill, weed trimmer, leaf blower, grinder, or work light, been wanting to get the 1/2 impact wrench but can't justify the price to myself for the amount I would actually use it, only other issue I had was 1 of the original 1.5ah batteries quit working about a yr ago

Melted battery terminal. It was only the second time that I used the trimmer after the purchase and unfortunately the high temperature protection system did not work. The battery terminals were melted and the connection port was melted as well. This should not be the case with equipment of this class. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this strimmer.

Milwaukee tools run a slick marketing campaign but once you are hooked you are entitled to non existent support, over priced parts and a lousy warranty system. Parts dealers admit that repair costs are prohibitive, intentionally so. Look for parts on ebay and you will find that large quantities of the product that you are trying to repair are for sale non working. The reason is simply there is no economic repair. Do not buy these tools. The quality does not match the price.

The tool registration is a farce. It is overly complicated and when I tried to register a tool the website responded that the tool could not be found. I complained to customer service and they responded simply by sending a PDF of the registration process, which I had previously explained did not work.

Used impact wrench 2861 five or six times to remove lug nuts on mid-size SUV. Last time I used it, a wheel remained lose which I did not realize because the impact wrench would turn but did not produce any torque. After driving with a wheel lose, I realized the impact was not working right and sent it for repair. They kept it for one week and returned without fixing it claiming that they "could not duplicate the problem" ! When I contacted them by phone, I was told to send the tool with charger and battery. They have had the tool for five days and no update. Luckily, I am not a pro otherwise I would be in trouble. ***EDIT: After contacting their corporate office I was able to speak to a CS supervisor who ordered a new tool and new battery. So, at the end, I am satisfied. If I were a pro needing the tool every day, I probably would not be.

Bought a M12 3/8 stubby impact wrench to replace my stolen Mac unit. Initially I was impressed, but after 6 six months the direction shuttle broke. I reached out to Munster tools who said that I have to send it back to them. I really couldn't wait so I took a look inside it. My cheap guild drill is built better than this! . I managed to repair the tool myself but will not be buying another Milwaukee product when this one breaks, which probably won't be long!
