I ordered my dress months ago, and it was extremely B E A U T I F U L !! I recommend that you order from this website, especially if you're looking for a prom dress. My prom is May 3rd, and I'm going to look absolutely fabulous!

Hello y’all! I ordered a dress from milly bridal under a month ago and I want to tell you guys about the experience ! So I was a little bit worried at first , not knowing the brand and where it’s based, but I saw so many cute dresses that I had to try it. The tailoring took 12 days and the shopping aprox 4. If you do order from here make sure you leave enough time for these amenities. My dress came in perfect! I ordered a size for , only alterations I need are near the chest but that’s not an unusual thing for me! Designs on the dress we’re almost identical to the pictures shown which I’m not mad about because it still looks beautiful! No I’m not a bot or fake review I recommend this store, as long as you take all the right precautions !

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking! I have never read so many reasons not to given a refund. My daughter ordered a dress for her prom which doesn’t fit and they refuse to offer a refund. DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM HERE ITS A RIP OFF!!!!!

Dreadful quality dress. My advise would be to look elsewhere!
The prom dress my daughter received is a real disappointment, to say the least. There are several issues, immediately noticeable when we opened the basic packaging e.g. holes in the lace, black pen marks/smudges on the white fabric, bad nicks in the material, irregular stitching on one side on the front that stands out. Basically, the workmanship is appalling. The sizing of the dress was fine.
I contacted the company describing these points and attached photos showing each one. In their response, they didn't address any of these issues. They sent two photos of the dress before dispatch, saying it had been checked. They wrote 'If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will Not accept your returned item.'
I replied, asking them to address the defects I'd mentioned in the previous email and that it wasn't related to sizing. They responded 'Sorry we can't accept full refund,we have shown photos to prove that,please understand, Regards.' That was the entirety of the email.
So it appears they ignore any concerns from unsatisfied customers and wash their hands of any problems once payment has been made.
From my experience with this company, I wouldn't advise anyone to part with their money unless they're willing to take a big gamble. Some people seem happy but there's a significant number of unhappy customers. If I could attached the photos of the dress, I would.
This is an honest, accurate review and everything stated is fact, regardless of how the company chooses to respond. Their very customer friendly, caring responses to these reviews are not genuine, in my opinion. They, in no way reflect the actual service customers receive after purchase. AVOID!

Bad experience
I ordered a dress from this company for my prom and when it arrived, it did not fit and it was not the right picture shown in the website. Great customer service when you have questions but when it comes to returning your dress, they will not reply to your email. I saved up for my prom dress and now I can’t even go.
