I bought a two Piece Dress in blush rose that I got tailored and it was absolutely beautiful. They were very quick to answer any of my questions! It arrived on time and they even gave me a necklace! IT came 4 days before my prom, so i was a little nervous but that was my bad for ordering it too late lol. I will definitely be buying again from this website!

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE, they sent me a dress that only slightly resembled the dress we ordered and despite the “friendly looking” return policy they don’t do returns so I may as well have lit $200 on fire. I’m a single mother and had to save and save for a dress that turned out hideous, my daughter was in tears!

I have ordered a dress for my daughter…
I have ordered a dress for my daughter prom . When the dress arrived it’s way to long for her. I have contacted them lot . The response was you can’t return because its custom made !!! It’s not a custom made !! The measurements I took is base on their website. If it’s a custom made I would have given the exact measurements and the dress would have fit on my daughter, but unfortunately it’s way to long !!! Totally unreasonable sellers. I WOULD ADVICE ANYBODY NOT TO BUY ANY DRESS FROM THIS WEBSITE!! THEY WONT TELL YOU WHERE THE DRESS MADE OR COME FROM UNTIL YOU BUY IT !! CON-MERCHANDISE !!!

Very happy customer April 2019 . I reluctantly ordered my daughters prom dress from Millybridal as we ran out of options. After 2 weeks from placing the order we emailed customer services as I hadn't had a dispatch notice, and was told it was just being finished so just 2 days over the predicted timings. It was sent and arrived quickly. It fit perfectly, just too long which is an easy fix for our local alteration place. We are thrilled, she looks amazing in it. Beautiful colour and style just like the photo. Just be careful to use their size measurements as she wears a size 6/8 in the UK and had to order a 12.
