Terrible experience shopping with these guys. Bought pants 4 weeks ago, struggling to return them, tried cancelling the order 30 minutes after ordering the wrong size. Still ongoing and unable to get a response from them. Emailed both emails - no response for weeks. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have been trying to contact to cancel my membership but the money is still being attempted to be taken out of my account. No one is responding to the support message from the website or any emails.

there is always something with delivery of package, if not taxes its customs. I do not recommend.

MILE is useless, incompetent, and customer service doesn’t exist. My £100 parcel was delivered to the wrong door, stolen, and despite months of chasing, they have done absolutely NOTHING! no refund, no replacement, no response. They clearly don’t care about their customers or basic legal responsibilities. Dealing with MILE has been a nightmare, total disrespect, negligence, and theft by proxy. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a letter, let alone a parcel. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied, and we'd like to clarify a few points. MILE operates as a platform and is not the delivery carrier, your shipment was handled by a third party courier. Throughout this process, our team remained in contact and, as a gesture of goodwill, issued a credit to the full value of your order, which falls outside of our standard policy. We're sorry this did not meet your expectations. Should you wish to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Kind regards, MILE

It’s 3 months after I ordered a package with 3 items, 1 item came in a week after ordering but I still didn’t receice the other 2. They reply the same automatic answer to me, and didn’t do anything to help. On top of that I still pay 10 euros per month because I still want my parcel. SCAM

Warning!!! Purchased a dressing gown and 2 pairs of trainers in the same order. The dressing gown arrived promptly but will be retuning due to sizing (once they share the returns process I have asked for as they don't have an automatic process or portal it needs to be done manually) but the two pairs of trainers are currently stuck in customs. These were sent from outside of the UK which was never disclosed during the purchasing process. The package is currently stuck in Philadelphia with unpaid import and custom fees due to the invoices not being paid correctly by the seller. This was not disclosed on any part of the app, purchase order or item listing mentioning that it would be sent from aboard and incur additional fees unlike the rest of my order. I will be looking to resolve this via email as soon as possible or I will be refusing delivery and the item can be returned to sender and I will contact my credit card company due to this misleading sale.

Hi Jack, Thank you for your review and for raising this with us. We're sorry to hear this caused frustration. As a platform working with a range of brand partners, fulfilment and dispatch can vary depending on the seller, however our shipments are generally sent on DDP terms to minimise any additional costs to our customers. We're glad our team was able to step in and resolve this for you, and we appreciate your patience throughout. Should you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Kind regards, MILE

I ordered 2 shirts from gallery dept during there sample sale and supposedly they said that it would take 3-5 days to ship my stuff i havent gotten my clothes or any updates on my order i even emailed them 2 times and they claimed they would get back to me but never did

Hi Ali, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re truly sorry about the delay in dispatching your order. We always aim to deliver within 3–5 working days, and in most cases our warehouse team is able to dispatch even sooner. Due to the overwhelming response to the recent Gallery Dept drop, fulfilment took slightly longer than usual. We’re glad to see your order has now been delivered, and we really appreciate your patience. MILE
