Still awaiting membership
STILL WAITING - 5 July!! STILL WAITING - 3 June!! After my initial purchase as a guest in March, my membership is still awaiting approval - even after multiple emails promising otherwise and apologising for the delay in sorting it out! I’m a journalist and I’ve worked for high-end luxury brands/publications and it’s outrageous that I’ve had to wait for sooo long!!!
