Please DO NOT fall for this scam. I received 2 pairs of jeans instead of soft tracksuit pants as they advertised. Endless emails back and forth offering me discount on next order or replacements and one month later I was promised a refund on 6th August by Jessica Puntro, since then until this day I have sent 3 emails asking for a proof and of course no replies. I am certain I will never see my money again, lesson learned I will never order anything else based on these stupid facebook adds.

I ordered two pants August 9 and it’s already August 25 and no package. They are shipping the items in a vacation place i am renting and i will be leaving soon. No idea what happens if it arrives when i leave.

Do not buy from them, they are scammers. Initial emails are promising but the refund never happened. I’m out $130 for shitty pants, and Jessica puntro, will get her bad karma for cheating people

The pants are tacky and poor quality ~ customer service is horrendous. Waiting over a month for a refund. DO NOT BUY from MilaRosabella.

I ordered two pairs of the pants and they didn’t fit. Asked for return instructions in July and was told they refunded by credit card. Nothing was refunded. This company is a scam.

I was about to write something, when I found this review. My experience is exactly the same. Do not buy anything at this company!! Ordered 6/21, finally arrived 7/10. Sizing way off - Medium way too small (I'm a size 6). Requested return label 7/11, no word. Followed up on 7/19. Was told on 7/20 that there were warehouse issues impacting returns and that my return would be prioritized. Still. nothing. Emailed them again 8/1. Was told 8/2 that warehouse undergoing construction and they can't process returns. Offered store credit or full refund. I asked for a full refund. It is now 8/19 and have not seen or heard back about the refund, after multiple requests. Do not recommend this company.

I paid $56.85 for the "sweatpant jeans". Received them three days ago and they are nothing like advertised. Extremely cheap and scratchy. Have sent four emails to the company with no reply, then called the customer service number to hear that the number has been disconnected. Calling my credit card company to cancel the charge. Sigh.

This is totally a scam!! I just received after a month of waiting, the most horrible of what might be a pair of jeggins! I can’t even explain what they look like plus after ordering an extra karge( I’m 140 pounds and 5,6) they won’t go passed my knees! I’m trying to get a prepaid return label and they won’t even answer the 21 emails I’ve sent. Isn’t there anyone out there that can’t stop these scammer?!! This is not fair!!
