I received 2 pairs of "sweatpants jeans" that looked nothing like the photos on the website and also did not fit. When I tried to return them, I called the number in the website which was disconnected, so I then emailed them and received no response. I eventually had to file a claim with the shop app and fight them to get my money back after a month or so. This website is a scam, do not buy anything from it! If you've already been scammed, fight the charges and make sure to compile enough evidence through photos, etc.

I ordered 2 identical pairs of jeans. Neither one fit, I have repeatedly tried to contact them to return the items with no response.

Before ordering jeans, I reviewed the return policy which is a 30 day window as long as the consumer pays return shipping. They refuse to accept my return because they say that nothing was wrong with the order.

BEWARE when you order from this store and you don't like how they fit they cannot be returned even though the website sates otherwise. It says you need to be completely satisfied - that is not a true statement. They say they are Designed by woman- if this company is woman owned, I will do everything in my power so that other woman would not have to endure these false statements. I have a family member who is a lawyer and will have him look at it for false advertising.

First of all, they stole a fashion content creator’s video and used it as if the creator was selling their product. The creator had made the video for another brand. Secondly, I realized the scam and asked to cancel the order within an hour of placing it. They responded after a few days and said the item had shipped (it hadn’t) but that I could just return the items if I didn’t like them. What I received was complete garbage. Cheaply constructed and poor quality. I returned the items to the address on their return slip and they claimed that they never received it. They refused to refund me for the two pairs of pants that I bought. They have terrible products and even worse customer service.

I emailed multiple times to return pants I purchased. No response. I messaged them via Instagram, no response. I got an email from them today, months later, trying to sell me new product. They suck

I purchased sweatpants jeans for my wife last Christmas. The problem was the arrived 2 weeks after Christmas despite being ordered before Thanksgiving. I asked for a refund for which they agreed. It’s months later and still no refund. They had the nerve to email me today trying to sell something. Crooks - stay away.

Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. Don't do it.
