I received my order after a very long delay and hated the items I ordered. The quality was incredibly cheap and I wanted to return them only to find out that they never replied to their emails, which is the only way you can get a return shipping envelope I would discourage anyone from purchasing anything from here no matter how reasonable the price might seem Unless you’re willing to throw your money away

If I could leave a zero or a negative -3 I would. I ordered one pair and needed another. They said they would send me a return label but never did. I’m the meantime their limit of time on their very short return policy disappears. That is clearly by design. The pants are poorly made and not the quality you would expect for the price. DO NOT ORDER from them. It will be a nightmare, and you will lose money if you need to return.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased this awful quality product, they aren’t worth more than spending £5 on . They look like cheap market stall jeggings . Please stop yourself from being dragged in by the photos and social media posts about these . Ive been trying to get a refund for four weeks now and have sent numerous messages to Milarosabella . Ive had one message back from them offering me a store credit . Im fuming at this company for not getting back to me again or giving me a full refund after buying this product on good faith !!! One star rating is way to generous!!!!

Difficulty in getting a response regarding a return. Received on 8/27. Contacted for return on 8/28 and follow up 8/29. These jeans are not like sweat pants. And they are not true to size in the waist. The phone number is no longer in service. Also read the small print …if returned you get store credit or return shipping is not free.

A total scam! Pants are represented in a manner which looks like the authentic sweat jeans ( aka Rag and Bone) In reality they look like a rag to clean your house with. It's a cheaply printed image on a cheap polyester fabric (not sweatpant material)

Ordered my products on July 30th and they finally arrived on August 20th. The items do not fit and I sent the 4th email this morning, August 28th to request a return label. Zero response! The only emails I get are promos to purchase more. You only have 14 days to return and the customer service phone number listed on their website is disconnected. I only have 6 more days to get a refund according to their return policy. So, they just don’t reply until the return expires and you’re out of luck! Terrible customer service!

If I could give this company a negative value, I would. Don’t go anywhere near them. They are fraudulent, phony and I’m sure not a real company. They never sent me a return label that I requested for their sub par, knock off, lousy quality merchandise. despite multiple promises. They never sent me a refund thst they said had been processed. They are liars and should not be allowed to operate as legitimate company. It’s a scam!!!

JUST NO> Ordered on Aug 3rd and received today. They run super small. I am a size 8 and the M was way too small and short. NO invoice/receipt in package and they make it super hard to return. Likely money lost. They also have HIJACKED a legit influencer's post for the sweatpants of Rag/Bone as an ad for their pants on FB. BEWARE.
