I ordered two pairs of these sweatpants for gifts and after not hearing anything for three weeks and getting a disconnect when I tried to reach them by phone, I contacted my creditor to file a dispute for the charges and they did credit the amount to my account. Today, I got the pants in the mail with absolutely no contact information to talk to someone, nor was I able to log on to their website. I am returning the pants to the address it came from and informing my creditor about this as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could rate Milarosabella with no stars, I would. The sweatpants jeans you see in their ads are NOT what you will receive! The models are wearing the Miramar pants from rag&bone, and the ugly, cheap ones they send you in the mail are an almost laughable dupe of rag&bone pants. They are shipped in from China and take weeks to arrive. DON’T believe them when they advertise that you can buy different sizes and just send what doesn’t fit back!!! They DO NOT take returns or refunds! They absolutely DO NOT respond to any requests for returns sent to their support line and the phone number given is totally fake. Save yourself the $50+ you’ll lose on this brand and the frustration of realizing you’ve been scammed. Milarosabella is the worst!

BUYER BEWARE - READ ALL REVIEWS - I had same experience in wanting to return the 2 pairs of jeans ordered. Too small & the material was so cheap. The very same Jessica kept promising to send return code - nothing after 20 email exchanges. This is a fraudulent company - DO NOT ORDER!

Stay Away! This company is not reputable!! They sent me a totally different pair of jeans than I orders, reached out immediately, and here we are over two weeks later and still no refund, no return method, no one responding to emails. They have until Friday to refund or I am calling my CC company and reporting them.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. This is a total scam! I ordered jeans which are not sweatpants jeans at all.. Very small for XL. I emailed them Aug 30, no response. Called with the number 773-546-3695 not in service, emailed again today and also called another number and the woman on the phone was trying to get me to get a free gift card no matter how many times I told her no she insisted. I finally hung up. How can this place still be in business? How can I get my money back. this is the second company this year this happened to me. Im done with on line shopping!!

Mila Rosabella is a total SCAM! My story is like all of the other 1 star ratings. I received jeans instead of sweatpant jeans. I requested a return label. Never could get one. After sending many emails with only a few replies, I finally received an email saying a refund had been processed and would hit my account in 7-10 days. That time period has passed. No refund! Throughout this 6 week ordeal, I have researched and found that their so-called warehouse is a storage facility. The return address on the package I received from them is: GESS, 4055 Austin Blvd., Island Park, NY 11558. They are obviously a fraudulent business. The 5 star ratings listed on Trust Pilot are prodominantly left from people with "male" names which is suspect, in itself. My bank has provided me with the protocol to receive a chargeback. It's long and not guaranteed but I'm willing to do it. If you read this review and still choose to order from Mila Rosabella, at the very least, use a credit card and NOT a debit card for your purchase. When they screw you like they've done me and many others, you will stand a better chance of getting a credit for your purchase.

I received 2 pairs of regular denim jeans that had ZERO SWEATPANT material. There jeans were not as advertised. I was completely disappointed after waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive. I wrote them and requested a refund the day that I received them. I still haven't received a response. This is definitely a scam.

Ordered pants on August 8th and as of August 30th NO pants! I email them and they say it’s on the way! I had no idea they were coming from china! Finally received the pants! Took 5 days for them to respond with return instructions! That was after I contacted my credit card company and they contacted them! Regardless- my Credit card co credited me for the purchase!
