Beware!! Do not order from Mila Rosabella, it is a scam! I saw ads in social media for their sweatpants jeans which I ordered. They are total garbage, horrible quality material and fit. I returned them for my refund of $56.00 and got an email from them in June that my refund had been processed. It is August and I never received it. I made many attempts to contact them and their number is disconnected. Please beware and do not buy from them they are thieves.

Don’t trust this company. They deserve No Stars! There’s no way to contact them. They have disconnected their phone number and they don’t answer emails. They start off with a response that seems reconciliatory, but that’s just BS lies. I’m out $100.00 with pants sizes I didn’t order. The first Emails from Jessica Puntro confirmed that they were sending me a return label and I will be refunded but that never happened. Now their phone is disconnected and they don’t return my emails. STAY AWAY!

This company does not stand behind its 14 day guarantee. Their jeans do not run true to size requiring you to size up. Their customer service is pathetic. They say all the right words but don’t honor their words. Stay away from this company - not worth the aggravation. I had to dispute my charge with my bank for their not following their policy, to get a refund,

If I could give it less stars I would. These pants look cheap! If you think you can return them , forget it, The email goes nowhere, and the phone number 773-546-3695 is disconnected. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The sweatpants jeans are great! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, however their customer service is outstanding - responsive, professional and kind. I would not hesitate in doing business with them again and recommending them to anyone!

I returned mine because they didn’t fit well and it’s been months they haven’t refunded me or responded to my emails Beware

WARNING! Mila Rosabella is a scam! Items are not as advertised and when you try and return, forget about it! The return process takes months and you have to keep sending emails to follow up and a customer rep “Jessica” stalls and has many excuses but they keep your returned merchandise and you never get a refund. SCAM!! STAY AWAY

I ordered Jeans and then sent an email the next day to please cancel. "JESSICA" kept saying she refunded my account which she did not. Don't order from this company. Baf business people
