I ordered pants 23 days ago and still nothing. The tracking number gets you nowhere. After reading all the reviews I’m sorry I wasted my money on these…if I ever get them. Lesson learned… be sure to read reviews first.

I have also purchased a pair of jeans from Mila Rosabella( sweat pants ones) they are like regular jeans by the way. I am also not getting any response today is my third email absolutely NO response. This is terrible customer service.

This company is a total scam! Stay away. They used influencer content from rag and bone and pretended it was for their own product. The actual product is HORRIBLE. Itchy, cheap, awful. And they claim you have 14 days to return, but they never reply to your email. TOTAL SCAM! They should be investigated and shut down.

Like other customers, I too am having difficulty returning items that do not fit and getting replacements with a different size. I have sent 5+ e-mails and though they say they will e-mail the label shortly, I never receive. Going on more than a week and still waiting for return label. I think they may be a scam as well. I just want to return and get replacements - not even looking for a refund. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with!

Received the sweatpant jeans after a long delay. The details did not look like the pics on-line and even though I checked their size chart, the jeans did not fit. The only way to contact them for a return is through an email address. In my email I stated the issues and wrote I would like to return the jeans for refund. After several days I received an email writing that if I wanted to return them to let her know and I would receive instructions on how to do so. I wrote again and said my original email stated I wanted to return them and again I needed to know how to do so. No response. I have followed up three additional times with no response. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Stay away from this company! Product and customer service sucks!!!

Received order. Doesn't fit. Requires return authorization for a refund. No phone number and sent 2 emails directly and one to their support link from website. NO RESPONSE

I Gave this one star, but if I could it would be zero. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It’s a SCAM. They only have an email and the telephone number they provided has been disconnected. The jeans are regular cheap jeans that’s not worth $20. There is no stretch to these jeans and it is most definitely NOT sweatpants. If you ordered as I did, be prepared to not get your money back. I read the reviews prior to ordering and still decided that maybe it would be a different experience. Shame on me!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don’t get my money back or the item I actually ordered. I really don’t think they would care either way because people like me continue to buy from them even after reading the shitty reviews. Also their refund policy is a store credit or if you return the item and they approve the return it’s on your dime to return an item that was misrepresented on their website. You are loosing out twice… The brand should be ashamed of what their company is doing to had working people, taking their money and not providing the correct item. I just sent an email to them to get a refund or the actual item I ordered and will continue to send emails until I get a response that is acceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY..

NEVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM MILAROSABELLA!! The sweat pant jeans are nothing like advertised!!! They are the cheapest pair of pants I’ve ever come across. I tried to return them which web site says easy returns. BS. I sent over 10 requests for return label and their response was to send info which I did 10 times. Finally contacted my credit card for them to dispute. I REPEAT Do NOT PURCHASE Anything from them!
