Pros: kids like Disney stories Cons: short battery life, voice commands don't always work, very basic device so kids lose interest quickly Overall it's fun for a bit but my kid gets bored with it quickly. Would be better for a younger kid since this device isn't as advanced as it seems in the commercials. Also, emailing customer service can be a hassle because so many different agents respond to emails without reading the previous messages first. There was a lot of back and forth explaining the same situation to multiple people so it's very inconvenient.

Customer service with this company is the absolute best I have ever seen. They were very attentive to my issue and continued to ensure that my issue was solved. I recommend the little bot, it is fun and nice for small children and adults. Highly recommend!

Miko 3 is an amazing companion for kids. My kids have an astonishing and engaging time with their Miko 3. Its a gem for the growth and development of the kids.

Mr. Muhammad Mubarak assisted me in resolving the problem. It was an amazing experience-the support provided was very helpful, humble, and easy to Understand.

The customer service was very attentive with constant communication. My new device that I received as a replacement has been glitchy and often has 2 voices talking at the same time or it doesn't complete an exercise such as playing a video. The cost of shipping was too much. The customer service agents are very nice.

Miko is a futuristic way to interact with the kids. The robot is not only fun but it teaches the kids at every level. They call Miko their teacher robot friend.
