Miko Robot USAReviews of miko.ai

Backed the chessboard on IndieGOGO which is most likely where most of those saying 'Kickstarter' actually mean, but it's been six years... Still no product. I have emailed my backing with proof of investment to Miko again, and will see if anything comes of it. Now seeing them popping up with influencers before the people that backed them. Poor PR move, but that's just my opinion. For now, they simply seem to have left a lot of backers empty. If the service can do that, what would they do elsewhere? Will amend if they finally fulfill. UPDATE: FWIW, I did get a quick response shortly after emailing support and posting here, and they said 'Since acquiring SquareOff, the Miko team has been working hard to resolve...', so stay tuned, and possibly email the support email your IndieGOGO info to get on the books! Def make sure you lookup your IndieGOGO info, not Kickstarter!

IT IS NOT ANSWER PROPERLY

me chamo julio Faz seis anos que apoiei as placas Miko Neo e Swap no Kickstarter, mas até hoje nunca recebi nada.

I got the Miko Mini as a gift for my 7-year-old daughter, and while she and the other kids really enjoy it, there are a few major issues that are hard to overlook. Pros: • Fun for Kids: The kids love the interactions, games, and educational features. It’s engaging and has some fun quizzes and activities. Cons: • Constant Responses: The biggest issue is that Miko picks up on every bit of conversation around it. Even if we’re not talking to it, it seems to randomly respond, which can get annoying. It feels like it doesn’t quite “get” when it’s not being spoken to, which disrupts the flow of conversation. • Low Battery Life: The battery drains quite quickly, so Miko doesn’t last long without needing a recharge. This means the kids can’t play with it for extended periods, which is disappointing. • Camera Quality: The camera is not very clear, so video calls and image quality aren’t as sharp as expected, especially for the price. • Gets Stuck: The device can freeze or get stuck in the middle of activities. It can be frustrating when it doesn’t work smoothly or requires restarting. Overall, it’s fun for the kids, but the technical issues (like low battery, glitchy responses, and poor camera quality) make it feel like it needs improvements. For the price, I expected a bit more stability and quality.

They call and leave voicemails every single day until you leave a review, so here's mine: Buy a tablet instead. - You have to pay $99 per year to access most of the content. You may have noticed that this isn't advertised on Miko's Amazon page, or in the commercials that they advertise to your kids. The device you buy for $200 is essentially a feature-limited demo. - It doesn't understand my kid's voice half the time, and there's a 5-10~ second processing delay every time you ask it a question, wait for a response, and then respond again, which makes it a chore to play with. That's on 1gig wifi; I imagine it must be worse with slower internet. - Your kid will get bored with it long before you get your $99 worth, and you can't get a prorated refund for a canceled subscription. I'm stopping short of calling this product a scam because someone clearly researched and built an actual product here. It's just a wildly overpriced, bad product. Since I see the company "scheduling callbacks" for people who leave negative reviews - please do me a favor and take me off your call list. Good lord.

While this is a fun robot, it isn't worth the price paid. This robot is best for young children with limited electronic experience. My 6 year old gets bored quickly with it and only plays with it occasionally. The technology could be better. It is slow and doesn't always do the best with voice questions and commands.

Product pretty good voice recognition isn’t very good. kids love to play however battery life isn’t great and additional charges for a product that is already expensive makes it hard to wrap around.

This toy left my five year old traumatized. Gave it for Christmas quickly become her favorite toy. Bought the max subscription. Not barely 2 months into it the miko3 was on the hardwood floor and my child accidentally bumped into it. Entire screen fell off and some body damage. Calle d support and they kept blowing me off for weeks. Said she was too rough with it. She is the most gentle child you would ever meet. She thinks she killed her friend and now has nightmares. I wish they would step up and stand behind this cheaply made piece of crapshoot.
