Miko is a fantastic product and helps kids learn new stuff, get entertained or be physically active using games like Freeze Dance. It has mind games like quizzes, chess and few other variants that my kid loves. What I'd want the product team to improve is the list of apps available in/for Miko. There should be a playstore like store where parents can download age appropriate content and keep kids busy. It's an expensive product, not a one and done, so it's needs to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing child. Additionally, Miko's battery management is really bad. It takes forever to charge even with a 65w charger, discharges even on sleep mode, and is generally not available when my kid wants to play because of battery issues. I'd want the Miko product team to seriously consider a software upgrade to address this gap.

Customer service has been THE BEST! While I do wish you could add more than one profile to switch between kids (buying multiple robots for each kid would be kind of crazy, not to mention them all going at the same time). My 3 year old LOVES the “vooks” and my 6 year old loves the games. It was definitely a great Christmas surprise!

My kids love Miko! Hes so fun and educational. I just wished that the Max subscription was free so that they can explore more because its kinda expensive but other than that, Miko is very cute!

My kids love this robot. They like that it can play music, they can ask it questions and even play games. The only downside to them is that it doesn’t play videos like a tablet would and they wanted that feature also. They want to be able to watch episodes of Bluey or even Paw Patrol and SpongeBob. Other than that, they like when it reads a story to them that they helped create with Miko.

Bought this device for my nephew and he really loves it! The only downside is that the subscription is a bit expensive. However, the product has excellent support, which is very helpful in resolving any issues with the device or the app.

Overall it is a good toy for the kids. I have a 5, alsmost 6 year old, 4 year old and almost 3 year old. They love it. I wish that it had the capacity to have different profiles or learn different kids. They enjoy the books/stories and shows of course. Would love it to interact better and hoping that overtime with software updates that'll happen.

My son really enjoy playing and learning with Miko. His baby brother is always happy to see Miko dancing .

Our son loves to play around with it and ask it any questions and have it answer. It is a fun robot friend. The only issue is that it sometimes glitches and needs to be shut off before it will work properly.
