Mostly good but some bells and whistles are harder to find or accomplish

It's a great platform for someone who doesnt have the tech background - they are really trying hard to make sure they provide support - which is difficult for so many time zones. Keep going! Well done!

I really am enjoying working with Mighty Networks. I would like to be able to charge in Canadian dollars vs US since I am in Canada and so are all my members.

More flexibility with topics and categories would be nice.

Mighty Network is good in a lot of ways; group hosting, paid groups and courses, etc. Although there are many ways that things are much more difficult to share here than would be ideal. Example; you can't go live inside the groups OR post a plain video. The video must first be uploaded elsewhere (like youtube or vimeo) before it can be shared here. That creates extra steps for my team and has really prevented any of my clients (group members) from being able to share in the ways they want to. The inability to customize the dollar amount you want to charge for a plan is also frustrating as well as the big delay on receiving expense reports timely. Over all, it's a good platform, just missing some key parts to make it great in my opinion

I am sort of torn between 4 stars and 5 stars. Overall this had been a great tool for the migration of our membership site away from Peepso and BuddyPress, so very happy with this so far. I would like to see a number of features developed or enhanced, so hopefully, they may happen down the road. The paid community rate has worked fine, would love to go to a business plan but the jump is still a bit steep for us at this stage. Things that I would like to see ... 1. A simple way for our members to upgrade their membership plan without first having to leave their current plan and then rejoin. Way too much risk in losing someone. 2. A way to customize the invite tool across all of our members for consistant wording and branding. 3. On the App - a way to know who is online - there porbably is but it is not easily visible. 4. Some better moderation features or a period to moderate new users before they can post unmoderated.

I like a lot about TMN especially stuff no one else offers- not allowing students to message one another but does allow messages from hosts. What I don’t? The inability to move students while in a trial or if the plan included the community page so we have lost students (and money.) Not an issue if you up sell or sell your membership but for an all in one type program it’s been challenging. Support is nice, but TMN is limited in flexibility although it is also means it’s a bit plug and go. It’s been a year and I’ll be sticking with it! It offers some items others don’t and much easier to use than other options. I’ve tried 12 other options so this has been the best one so far.
