They had issues with packaging where orders were sent with a missing meal. They did not manage the shipping well because my orders came in days late, twice. And to top it all off, when these issues came up, there was no way to contact them other than email. So their customer service coverage is horrible to where they only work Monday-Friday despite shipments coming in over the weekend.

Love it! Every meal has been great! Easy to swap meals for your next order as well. You can also skip a week if you need to.

SEVERAL OF THE MEALS WERE NOT PACKAGED CORRECTLY AND HAD LEAKED INTO THE BOX THAT WAS DELIVERED

We really liked these boxes when we started them in February of 2020 but it seems like they really struggled with quality control once covid hit. We paused and resumed after the summer to see if it had gotten better but were still underwhelmed with the quality and flavor. If macros are all you need this is definitely a good option, and as prepared meals go, the price isn't bad. We found week to week the flavor was inconsistent, we'd like something one week and it would smell like burnt plastic the next. Also fairly often (five or six times since starting back up in September) we'd get one or two meals that had burst open or shattered during transit, and although customer service was good about crediting those back to the account, it was a hassle to have to do it so often. And although they try to rotate the menu we weren't happy with a lot of the dishes so we ended up getting five chicken rancheros every week and that got old. They've got a great mission statement and if they can get back to precovid quality and flavor we'd give it another shot, but ultimately for the time being we're looking elsewhere.

Mighty Macro's ready meals are really delicious and flavorful. I tried 4 other so called healthy, Macronutrient meals and MM was by far the best. The portion size is perfect, their customer service is excellent and I always look forward to their new weekly meal. These meals were helping achieve my maintenance goals and now I switched to their sculpt meals so I can lean out and loose some weight. Love, love, love these meals and this company.

It was good most dishes had good flavor but I wish they more options that are not Asian inspired

Consistently good food at awesome macros. Packaging ensures food stays safe and cold. Responsive customer service the one time I had an issue. All other deliveries have been uneventful/on time and tasty!

Overall okay. I expected small portions since this was the "weight loss" plan, and was pleasantly surprised that they were generally pretty filling. Adding in plenty of vegetables and such to supplement the fairly small (as expected) portions of protein was a good move. Two meals spoiled out of the 21 I had (mold) before their dates. I had some pieces of turkey in the thanksgiving meal that were just entirely inedible (it was like biting through unrendered beef fat - couldn't even stomach it). The cook on the vegetables especially was very inconsistent - I'd have mushy and rock hard potatoes right next to each other. I almost always needed to add salt or lemon juice to the vegetables as well just to get SOME sort of flavor out of them, as they tended to be bland. Any "greens" were especially flavorless. Rule #1 of low cal food is to over season since you're making up for lack of fat/flavor.
