Had some issues but they were addressed. I think they would have much better reviews by using a better shipper. Ordering is the easiest thing, and there’s a decent amount of meals to choose from. It’s honestly a lot of meat. More than a lot of other services I’ve used .

Honestly I really wanted to like this brand but when compared to some of the alternatives I found that their food was a bit stale and lacking in flavor. The texture was generally pretty lackluster, ranging from slimy sauces to old chicken breast. As anyone who eats a lot of chicken breast knows, tough chicken breast is the bane of our existence. Pricewise, other similar services serving Los Angeles had much better introductory offers, and offered better referrals, on top of just being cheaper over all. While I was only on here for 2 weeks, the selection didn't really change and I didn't feel like I had a good choice in options based on how they set up the subscriptions, attached to specific meal plans with little room for customization. Overall, average at best, which isn't quite good enough when there's so many options out there.

The food is great, fresh, and interesting. The logistics and support to receive deliveries or to troubleshoot problems with deliveries leaves alot to be desired. I have had a really challenging time trying to work with the MM fulfillment team to get my food when a delivery has been missed. The communications around delays is nonexistent and trying to get my delivery to move to a different day resulted in multiple weeks of not receiving my food. The quality of the product is good, but the hassle of the delivery is almost not worth it.

Generally, I love Mighty Macros. Eating your meals has changed my life (for the better of course). But it is an almost continual hassle to be a member. You seem to have a knack for discontinuing MY favorite meals, just about exactly when I start ordering more than one each week. It feels like you are watching my menu selections. Shipments were lost a few times over the last three months. Each time forcing me to remember how to provide my own meals. Been stable the last few weeks. Hope it stays that way. I definitely want to continue purchasing your meals for the foreseeable future. Thanks for providing your service.

Food is good but I’m getting the same food over and over again, it’s getting boring

Great product but your shipping service sucks

We really liked these boxes when we started them in February of 2020 but it seems like they really struggled with quality control once covid hit. We paused and resumed after the summer to see if it had gotten better but were still underwhelmed with the quality and flavor. If macros are all you need this is definitely a good option, and as prepared meals go, the price isn't bad. We found week to week the flavor was inconsistent, we'd like something one week and it would smell like burnt plastic the next. Also fairly often (five or six times since starting back up in September) we'd get one or two meals that had burst open or shattered during transit, and although customer service was good about crediting those back to the account, it was a hassle to have to do it so often. And although they try to rotate the menu we weren't happy with a lot of the dishes so we ended up getting five chicken rancheros every week and that got old. They've got a great mission statement and if they can get back to precovid quality and flavor we'd give it another shot, but ultimately for the time being we're looking elsewhere.
