I was very happy with the service I received from Midwest Workwear. The item I purchased was on backorder and they contacted me almost immediately after my purchase to discuss options on how they could meet my needs. The personal service I received is very rare in this day and age and I very much appreciated it. The item I ordered ended up arriving on a normal shipping schedule and I was happy with every part of the process.

Midwest Work wear has great customer service. I've never had any issues with the merchant, if any item is not available the merchant notifies customer and items are sent directly from manufacturer.
