Midwest USED to be the best. Best Selection Best prices Best deals Best shipping offers But Alas in this age of the internet so many sites have surpassed Midwest. Also, every time I order from Midwest I get a phone call the next day saying that several Items are either out of stock or back ordered. What is the point of a computer system that lets me order stuff if you don't have it!? Just tell me before I order! It's not rocket science!

Since having to wear FR clothing for the last three years I have been purchasing from Midwest Workwear. I have always ordered online and received great update emails on the status of my orders. Twice I have received personal telephone calls from them to alert me to issues that might have come up. I have always been given sensible options and have been able to work through it over the phone without endless emails and delays. Good people, good service.

I put in an order for one pair of pants on 4/14. I wait a few days and Midwest Workwear gets in touch with me to let me know it's been backordered to 04/26. That day comes and goes. I have to email them to ask what happened. They now tell me its been pushed back to 05/14. Then USPS decides not to deliver to my apartment (I know this part is the mail carrier's fault) and I have to go to the physical PO location to pick it up on 05/31. Two months of wait time is simply unacceptable; international orders take a shorter time period to reach me! It also frustrated me that they didn't alert me to the second backorder. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that this has to do with their supplier but if you can't keep your stock in check and the consequences reach down to your customers then you aren't doing something right. Will not order again.

I ordered it 2 weeks ago and I have the received it I emailed someone and they respond that I should receive it either Friday or Saturday and still nothing when I ordered it I ordered it because I really needed it and it's taking a long long time to receive it so that's the reason I already gave you two stars I am NOT happy
