still have not received my item. Update 8/15/17, Got a phone call from customer service the morning after posting this review. They had traced the order and said it was to be delivered in the next day or so. We received the order in the mail later that day. My item had to be ordered from Carhartt so there was a delay. Customer service reads these reviews and acts accordingly. Changed from one to four stars. Thanks Don B.

good product fast service

Delivery was prompt. Clothing is good.

I ordered a hard hat based off of a product description and picture shown online. What was delivered to my house was not the same product that I thought I had ordered. I called and spoke with customer service about the issue. The woman I spoke with was very apologetic and proactive. She was able to figure out the mishap, correct the order, and have a new item shipped out within 24 hours. I was not upcharged the difference in cost. I am very happy and felt like the situation was handled very professionally.

I've order any time before, the best price I've found but this time they asked me to put them on my FB page, so I did. Now 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my order which surprise's me. I just found out they were back ordered. I missed that email... But will still order! Been with them at least 2000' Very happy with what I wear all the time.+++ Mac Nantucket

I ordered 3 pair of work jeans from them. They didn't have them in stock and had to send out to the manufacturer for them. They called and let me know what was going on with my order and the estimated length of time that it would be delayed. The only complaint I have is that I called them back about a week after receiving that phone call and had to leave a message for someone to return my call. Nobody ever called me back. A few days later I received an email that the jeans had shipped. I received them in a timely fashion and am pleased with my purchase and over-all experience with this company. I will definitely order from them again.

Placed the order online. Thought process more complicated than necessary. Pants were not in stock. Customer service called with a new revised date and apologized. Pants arrived on new date.
